Case #1. Immediate dental implantation of anterior tooth
A man of 31 year has come to us with a complaint about the swelling of the gums in the area of the front tooth and painful sensations when biting.
Antecedent history: previously the root canal treatment was applied several times.
After the computed tomography research we saw 2 "perforations" in the root of tooth 1.2. with the output of the fistula on the gums. In order to maintain the volume of the bone in an aesthetically significant area, it was decided to remove the tooth and install an implant with a temporary crown.

Case #2. Immediate dental implantation
A lady of 1951 birth year has referred to our clinic with the following complaints: inability to chew food, tooth mobility, bad breath, gums pain caused by the pressure of tooth prostheses, inflammation and blooding. The patient had almost all teeth on her upper jaw. But some of them became significantly mobile because of the upper jaw removable denture.
The proposed treatment was as follows: computed tomography scan with treatment plan, presurgical preparation before the front teeth prosthesis installation on upper and lower jaws, preparing them for temporary crowning, extraction of mobile chewing teeth from upper jaw with simultaneous dental implant placement and additional implantation of chewing teeth on lower jaw.

Case #3. Immediate dental implantation of anterior tooth
Our clinic was addressed by a patient who complained of mobility of the upper front tooth crown and its frequent decementing. The crown came off as the tooth root had a chip under the gingiva, which caused periodic washouts of cement that kept the crown.
We suggested 2 variants of solving this problem:
- implant placement with further prosthetics;
- insertion of a bridge-like prosthesis, which was rejected by the patient as the adjacent teeth that could be used for fixing the bridge were also covered with crowns – they could have increased load, and stability of the whole structure could be doubtful.
After a CT examination, we took a decision, together with the patient, on tooth root extraction and an immediate placement of an SGS implant. Actually, tooth restoration took 1 stage and 1 hour.
The photo of the placed implant and a temporary tooth crown was taken just after the surgery, in 3 days the sutures on the gingiva will be removed and one week later redness and edema will dissipate.
