A patient came to our clinic with complaints of pain in the upper and lower jaw, which shoots up the ear and temple.
In the oral cavity, inflammatory processes were found behind the roots of the 6th and 7th teeth from above and the 6th tooth from below. These inflammatory processes were the cause of patient’s pain. The doctor classified this formation of cystogranuloma and suggested not surgical intervention, but to cure it with a conservative method. In the process of studying the CT scan, bone tissue resorption was detected within 1/2 of the teeth roots on the lower jaw.
1 STAGE
CT investigation
The CT-scan revealed cystogranulomas, which were the source of the patient's pain. Furthermore, periodontitis of the second degree was revealed on the lower jaw.
2 STAGE

Before the start of treatment, hygiene was carried out, dental deposits were removed.
3 STAGE

Dental treatment with inflammation
The teeth of the upper and lower jaws with cystogranulomas were treated using a microscope. Complete endodontic treatment was performed.
5 STAGE
Scanning. Temporary prosthetics
Impressions of the jaws were taken with an intraoral digital scanner for the manufacturing of dental crowns. For the period of rehabilitation was temporary crowning the patient in order to preserve the aesthetic and chewing functions.
6 STAGE
Repeated CT scan and prosthetics
A few months after the treatment, a new CT scan revealed the complete completion of the healing process in those places where the cystogranulomas were localized. After we were convinced of the complete health of our patient's teeth the doctor installed dental zirconium dioxide crowns.
