Online Dental Consultation
Our doctors can answer your questions wherever you are.
Unsure how to act in a particular situation? Need a second specialist’s opinion? Want to plan long-term treatment but don’t know how much time it will take and what procedures will be required?
Then book an online consultation with a dentist.
* Please note that in most cases an in-person examination by a doctor is required to prescribe treatment.
How MM Dental’s online consultation works
At the scheduled time, a doctor will contact you by video in the messaging app agreed in advance. By the time of the call, the specialist will have reviewed your concern and any scans/tests/reports from other clinicians. Your role is to describe in as much detail as possible what is bothering you and why you contacted us; the doctor will then answer all your questions in detail.
Please note: The online consultation can be rescheduled only once and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Contact us in any way that’s convenient for you and describe your question. The administrator will determine whether a high-quality online consultation is possible in your case.
Select a specialist. If you would like to book a specific doctor, mention this when scheduling. You can view the list of specialists in the Our Team section.
Select the date and time of the consultation, as well as the messaging app in which it will take place. Consultations are held during the clinic’s working hours from 09:00 to 21:00 Kyiv time.
Make the payment to our clinic’s bank account. Appointments are scheduled only after 100% prepayment.
Email any medical documents you have related to your concern to mail@mm-dental.com.ua.
At the scheduled time, stay available and wait for the doctor’s call. The consultation will last 15 minutes.
The consultation fee is 1500 UAH
Tips to help you get the most out of your consultation
Get a clear X-ray
Unfortunately, a phone or computer camera cannot provide the necessary image quality, detail, or image size during a video call. Moreover, to properly assess the oral cavity, doctors use specialized lighting, instruments, and optics. Please obtain a clear X-ray in advance so the doctor can review your case. And don’t try to demonstrate your mouth on camera.
Prepare medical records, reports, and test results
Please send all X-rays at once (CT, OPG, TRG), physicians’ reports, referral letters, and test results. If you realize you forgot something and try to find and send medical documents during the consultation, this can significantly reduce the time available for addressing your case. Unfortunately, we cannot always extend the consultation beyond the scheduled time.
Be objective
During the conversation, do not present self-diagnoses made without proper testing and a specialist’s assessment. Do not try to steer the doctor toward a particular conclusion. This can mislead the doctor and undermine the effectiveness of your consultation. Remember that only a doctor can make a correct diagnosis based on the necessary studies and test results, and only after an in-person examination.
