A man of 31 year has come to us with a complaint about the swelling of the gums in the area of the front tooth and painful sensations when biting.

Antecedent history:  previously the root canal treatment was applied several times.

After the computed tomography research we saw 2 "perforations" in the root of tooth 1.2. with the output of the fistula on the gums. In order to maintain the volume of the bone in an aesthetically significant area, it was decided to remove the tooth and install an implant with a temporary crown.

Stage 1

Computed tomography research

On the CT scan we saw a "perforation" in the tooth root 1.2. The bone, its condition and type were examined. It was decided to remove the tooth and simultaneously install an implant ImplantSwiss.
Stage 2

Patient is in a chair. Local anesthesia works. We removed the roots of the teeth, installed implants, put an A-PRF membrane, sutured.
Stage 3

Scanning and prosthesis installation

Scanning both jaws in the bite allowed us to simulate the future design of the tooth (dental crown) on a computer. Then in the program for modeling of dental crowns made the future model of a tooth. This model was transferred to a milling machine for sawing the crown itself. The finished crown was glued to the abutment and fixed in the patient's mouth.
